Online access from nearly any device. Update your informaion or just verify colors, meals or table information from any phone or any computer.
When your information is complete we have provided formatted printable overviews of your entire event's information. The Guest manager is provided as well to all booked customers.
WeddingHQ.app is an App for Wedding venues to have an online event manager app without having to rewrite the book and create your own.
To ensure no one is left out of your special day, please maintain your Guests' Type, RSVPs, Seating and Meal Options plus your "Vendors List" to the best of your knowledge.
All other info will be entered by your personal Coordinator according to the options in your chosen event package(s).
